Explore community-based interventions and referral options when your families with young children are needing psycho-social supports.

This learning collaborative focuses on practical and actionable infant, toddler, and family connections to support early childhood development. Cohort members may participate in an optional QI project focused on enhancing screening for early childhood developmental challenges and opportunities for supporting the family.

  • Earn up to 75 CE/CME points. Cohort members may also participate in an optional MOC-4 QI Project to help enhance screening and referral for social determinants of health supports.

    CME/MOC package offered at a reduced rate of $50.
